Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 3+ years of experience within the observability space.
• Excellent team player with communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple projects.
• Strong desire to grow professionally and adapt to change.
• Preferred experience with web technologies, programming languages, operating systems, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace's product offerings during trade shows and customer meetings.
• Partner with sales to identify new and existing sales opportunities.
• Participate in PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Present Dynatrace's vision to customers’ C-suite executives.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at marketing events.
• Gather and provide customer feedback to Product Management.
• Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations.
• Support partners as a technical contact.
