Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience, preferably in Risk Management and Insurance, Construction Management, Property and Liability Insurance, or Safety.
• Preferred experience in insurance loss control, underwriting or claims, construction, compliance, and safety occupations.
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including laptops, mobile devices, MS Office suite.
• Self-motivated with planning and goal setting skills.
• Ability to record observations, gather data, and complete accurate reports.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate commercial business sites for multiple lines of insurance coverage.
• Assist insurers with policy underwriting and pricing decisions based on onsite observations.
• Conduct and schedule site visits to evaluate risk and complete reports for customers.
• Identify business operations, construction materials, fire protection systems and develop safety recommendations.
• Represent Verisk and its customers professionally through various communication methods.
