Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and data platform technologies, including cloud computing, data storage, and networking.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Infrastructure and Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance and insights to the team, ensuring the platform’s architecture and technologies align with industry best practices.
• Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, and meet user needs.
• Oversee the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
