• Lead a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable testing frameworks and tools.
• Develop automated solutions for production quality monitoring.
• Advocate for QA as shared responsibility and prevent bugs proactively.
• Work with Legal and Security teams on compliance and privacy.
