Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for software companies in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven experience hiring G&A, marketing, and customer support roles.
  • Sales recruiting experience in a software, SaaS, or internet organization preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close candidates with various skills including leadership positions.
  • Innovative, empathetic team member constantly seeking new talent acquisition methods.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Successful track record in filling high volume positions in a high growth environment.
  • Ability to interface and guide Senior Leadership.
  • Experience using an ATS system (Greenhouse preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles including sales, customer care, customer experience, and marketing.
  • Focus on high volume recruiting for sales and customer support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop unique strategies.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job requirement approval to closing.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with the talent acquisition team.
  • Build a strong and diverse candidate pool with specialized diversity initiatives.
  • Engage passive candidates through various sourcing techniques.
  • Track and maintain pipeline activity, reporting to hiring managers.
  • Prioritize hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Report on sourcing and screening metrics.
