Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in digital marketing and omni-channel strategies.
  • 10+ years of formal product management methodology experience blended with several years of practical experience, resulting in proven success launching new products.
  • 6+ years leading a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
  • Master's degree or advanced degree (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap to support company goals and strategies, including omni-channel initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic product development and execution for deposit, lending, and compliance products.
  • Initiate, prioritize, and delegate projects within engineering, assisting in determining the best technical implementation methods.
  • Track product development and develop product launch plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Product Managers, hiring and coaching talent to leverage best practices and elevate performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product management function.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align digital product and experience strategies with customer needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Spearhead and provide strategic leadership in "build versus buy versus partner" analysis for new offerings or new markets.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations to create, communicate, maintain, and help enforce project timelines.
  • Contribute as needed to other Product/Design and User Experience projects.
