Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance preferred.
• 10-15+ years of experience in the banking industry focusing on retail deposits, lending, and compliance.
• 3-5+ years experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in developing, launching and managing deposit, lending, and compliance products, including pricing strategies and product lifecycle management.
• Advanced Certification in Product Management for Financial Services.
• Experience in advertising or big data preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations related to deposit products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the strategic direction of the product portfolio, aligning it with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a clear product roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Manage all activities of the Scrum team and serve as the central communication point across departments.
• Define and maintain the product backlog, create user stories, and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with the pricing team for pricing strategies and with product marketing for go-to-market plans.
• Continuously build market and technical knowledge to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the execution of the product development process and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and represent the product at various events.
