Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 5+ years of experience with digital experience monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, DataDog, New Relic, and others.
• Experience with instrumenting and configuring real user monitoring agents.
• Knowledge of query languages or business intelligence tools for performance analysis.
• Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with session-replay tools and mobile frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during international trade shows and key customer meetings to promote business.
• Partner with sales representatives for new and existing sales opportunities.
• Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and technical solution evaluation.
• Present Dynatrace's vision to customers, including C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance in various stages of the sales process.
• Deliver demonstrations at marketing events and participate in customer feedback.
• Share knowledge and build best practices within the team.
