Requirements:
  • Extensive (5 years +) HR and Workday HRIS experience.
  • Experience with Workday HCM core configuration, EIBs, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated successful project/process management experience.
  • Proficient in Core HCM, On-boarding, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and Security.
  • Ability to manage complex reporting and data management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Solid skills in creating custom reports and integrating data.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead large scale Workday projects in conjunction with the People & IT group and external vendors.
  • Understand touchpoints between Workday modules and make recommendations to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with various teams including People, Total Rewards, IT, and Finance.
  • Gather requirements, design, configure, and support Workday functional areas like Time, Absence, and Compensation.
  • Conduct semi-annual regression testing and implement optional features.
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and develop complex custom reports.
  • Review business procedures to maximize Workday features and manage Tier 2 inquiries.
  • Provide coaching and maintain system guides.
