Requirements:
- Extensive (5 years +) HR and Workday HRIS experience.
- Experience with Workday HCM core configuration, EIBs, and reporting.
- Demonstrated successful project/process management experience.
- Proficient in Core HCM, On-boarding, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and Security.
- Ability to manage complex reporting and data management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Solid skills in creating custom reports and integrating data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large scale Workday projects in conjunction with the People & IT group and external vendors.
- Understand touchpoints between Workday modules and make recommendations to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with various teams including People, Total Rewards, IT, and Finance.
- Gather requirements, design, configure, and support Workday functional areas like Time, Absence, and Compensation.
- Conduct semi-annual regression testing and implement optional features.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and develop complex custom reports.
- Review business procedures to maximize Workday features and manage Tier 2 inquiries.
- Provide coaching and maintain system guides.
