Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of IT or software engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python scripting for automation and tooling.
  • Proficiency with Linux systems, including shell scripting and networking.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, including clear and concise writing.
  • Ability to think critically, make decisions under pressure, and escalate when necessary.
  • Willingness to work shifts and adapt to the dynamic demands of HFT operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the real-time operation of high-frequency trading systems.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues as needed to maintain high availability.
  • Analyze system performance metrics (e.g., latency) using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent solutions.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, traders, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Automate processes and deployments to enhance operational workflows.
