Requirements:

• BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in marketing proposal support.
• Understanding of effective proposal strategy development and compliance.
• Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proven organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates substantial expertise as a marketing and proposal management generalist or specialist.
• Leading a variety of proposals from pre-RFP stage to interviews.
• Interfaces with technical and business development staff to develop materials.
• Provides leadership for proposal teams, managing schedule, compliance, and content.
• Writes and edits tailored resumes and past performance sections.
• Facilitates quality reviews and manages proposal revisions.
