Drive adoption of new features & products
Lead GTM research, strategy and coordination
Collaborate with Product teams to understand and communicate the value of new features and products
Educate internal and external stakeholders about product capabilities through clear, compelling storytelling
Develop and execute conversion strategies
Craft and implement strategies to optimise the customer journey and increase conversion rates across the funnel
Identify key user segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.
Write compelling copy to drive conversion
Leverage data-driven insights
Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights to inform product and marketing decisions
Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion and adoption, such as activation rates, feature utilisation, and revenue contribution
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, Customer Support and Content teams to align on priorities and deliver cohesive campaigns
Act as the voice of the customer by integrating user feedback into product roadmaps and marketing strategies
Manage stakeholders by communicating progress, challenges, and successes
Mentor junior team members as the team scales and the role grows in scope
