Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Data Visualization BI tools, including data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services or FinTech data structures, systems, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with SQL, including complex query development and optimization.
• Experience with ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Talend, or Informatica.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance issues and ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to integrate and automate data from diverse sources, developing ETL pipelines.
• Design scalable data models for reporting and analytics, utilizing best practices.
• Manage large datasets using Google BigQuery, develop complex queries, and optimize performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create actionable BI deliverables.
• Ensure optimal performance of BI applications, particularly Tableau reports.
• Develop documentation and train business users on BI tools.
