Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the vision and strategic roadmap for Sword Health’s platform, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
• Ensure different solutions work together effectively (e.g., member triage across solutions).
• Identify and develop platform features that can be leveraged by all solutions simultaneously.
• Drive product initiatives that leverage an AI-first mindset and scale to millions of users.
