Requirements:

• 12+ years of MS SharePoint consultation and development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining SharePoint design and technical specifications.
• Extensive knowledge of MS SQL, Active Directory (AD), and SharePoint customization.
• Solid understanding of performance improvement best practices.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in internal/external meetings to gather business requirements and suggest solutions.
• Support the entire application lifecycle including concept, design, testing, release, and support.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint design and technical specifications, while conducting unit, integration, and release testing.
• Implement SharePoint applications and interfaces with required software and servers.
• Support End User Acceptance Testing and participate in production operations and release management.
• Assist with upgrades and monitor performance of technical objects.
• Code changes, manage reviews, and help clients with solutions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Create technical plans for projects, answer technical questions, and report on development progress.
