Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a QA tester (engineer, analyst).
• 2+ years of experience building tests against APIs and endpoints.
• Experience in executing test cycles and reporting results and failures.
• Experience with identifying how APIs are consumed by client applications.
• Basic SQL experience.
• Familiar with QA best practices, such as identifying test coverage, edge cases, exploratory testing, etc.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Own the quality and validation for the Backend Services team.
• Create long-lasting foundations at Fieldwire.
• Work directly with backend and product teams to create test plans and own testing of backend features.
• Add and maintain tests in the backend test suite.
• Explore and understand test scenarios for endpoints.
• Root out bugs and regressions.
