Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.
• Knowledge of payment processing mechanisms.
• Deep understanding of ACH processing and fund flow within the ACH network.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality documentation.
• Curiosity to dive into complex problems.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with accounting processes and financial events.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the champion for the ACH product, promoting its vision and goals within the team.
• Drive strategy and development of money movement solutions focused on ACH.
• Serve as an SME to bridge business needs and technical tasks.
• Collaborate with product teams and engineering to enhance ACH processing.
• Communicate the product development roadmap across agile teams.
• Define and document user stories and manage backlog prioritization.
• Lead planning sessions to ensure work is adequately planned.
• Engage with external developers, customers, and banking partners to gather feedback.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams for product launches.
