• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with accounting processes and financial events.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the champion for the ACH product, promoting its vision and benefits.
• Drive strategy and development of money movement solutions focused on ACH.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, bridging business needs with technical tasks.
• Guide technological changes and make informed technical decisions.
• Communicate product development roadmap across agile teams.
• Define and document user stories for technical requirements.
• Organize backlog and ensure proper prioritization with engineering.
• Lead refinement and planning sessions for team workload.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate needs into engineering requirements.
• Engage with external developers and partners for feedback.
• Support go-to-market process for ACH product launches.
• Contribute to documentation and stay updated on ACH practices.
