Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in digital experience monitoring with relevant tools.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of working with enterprise companies.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of Solution Engineers who serve as product introduction and evaluation experts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve team goals.
• Promote Dynatrace’s products at trade shows and customer account meetings.
• Work with sales teams to identify new sales opportunities.
• Participate in proof of concept creation and support sales opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to customers executives.
• Gather customer feedback for product management.
