Requirements:

• Experience and background in consulting with a focus on delivery and revenue generation.
• Proven leadership experience managing strategic initiatives within the education public sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the government landscape, public sector funding, and procurement.
• Strong record of executive-level client relationship management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and large-scale data solutions is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.

• Continuously cast a vision for clients on achieving their mission with Resultant’s capabilities.
• Drive contracting, pricing strategies, and risk management tailored to client engagements.
• Identify new high-value work opportunities and extend existing projects.
• Develop and manage executive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Promote Resultant’s brand through thought leadership in the public sector.
