Integrations Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems integration, software development, or a related field.
• Proficient in technologies and platforms used for backend integration such as API gateways, database systems, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry code sets, data exchange protocols such as FHIR, HL/7, CCDA and payer specific formats.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data regulations and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage tools for error rate monitoring, performance tracking, and uptime checks.
• Oversee operational data feed issues and ensure requisite data for partners.
• Develop and update data models for healthcare encounters.
• Design business logic to sync data from various healthcare sources like EHRs and claims.
• Conduct data integrity testing and maintain high software quality through performance testing and bug fixing.
• Assist with automation of service deployments and management of service mesh architectures.
• Help secure API endpoints and manage security configurations.
• Project manage complex builds and deployments involving external vendors.
• Develop and maintain APIs for various tasks, updating authentication mechanisms, and implementing rate limiting.
