Requirements:

• Strong skills in SQL and relational database technology.
• Strong process management and project tracking skills.
• Understanding of ETL.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and report development (Tableau, Alteryx, Excel).
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Support all processes within the Data Management department as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Enhance multiple data accuracy and quality projects.
• Manage and analyze consumer credit data and participate in project work.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise to the data management team.
• Develop and maintain plans for project implementations.
• Manage delivery risks and all project planning activities.
• Master industry regulations and standards to include data validation/accuracy checks.
• Accomplish queries and command line statements for data maintenance requests.
• Identify and implement methods to improve efficiency in data loading and reporting.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
• Provide input for processing enhancements.
• Help with operational escalations and troubleshoot data loading errors.
• Engage with data furnishers to validate submitted data.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and escalate issues to senior members.
• Research reporting history related to data furnishers.
• Field support calls from data furnishers and internal personnel.
• Participate in internal project and change testing.
• Provide input in weekly change reviews.
