Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in computer/software technology and Analytics.
• Intermediate level of SQL and familiarity with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, especially using Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Data Life Cycle, Architecture, and system integration.
• Ability to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between product development and analytics using agile methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional projects impacting analytics capabilities.
• Lead decision-making across teams, prioritizing work per team capacity.
• Translate product development releases into analytical impacts on company KPIs.
• Facilitate decisions around product development changes and their implications.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a delivery accountability culture.
• Monitor initiatives and troubleshoot incidents alongside the product team.
• Track OKRs and identify areas for improvement.
