Requirements:

• Experience providing L3 support in similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of managing end user devices (Windows, MacOS, Linux) via MDM solution.
• Experience with IT transformation projects that deliver automation and integration.
• Experience with third party SaaS products.
• Experience leading and managing transformation through IT projects.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Kandji.
• Experience in designing automation platforms for endpoint deployments.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and techniques.
• Bash and PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Wifi).
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activity and act as go to person for the infra team.
• Responsible for project design, delivery and ongoing management of Corporate IT projects.
• Provide day to day support for Boku Corporate Firewall Solution.
• Support and resolve IT MDM deployment issues.
• Design and architect a secure Microsoft 365 environment.
• Implement zero-touch automation for laptop deployments.
• Provide innovative solutions to maintain a high standard.
• Provide 3rd line support for escalated issues.
• Support change control processes within IT team.
