• 8+ years leading or participating in data and analytics projects in a quantitative, data driven environment.
• Solved complex problems by converting raw data into actionable business ideas.
• Developed and implemented data and analytics solutions.
• Proven proficiency in quantitative analysis, visualization, and modeling using tools like Excel, Tableau, and others.
• Demonstrated ability to import, clean, transform, and model data for clear decision making.
• Earned BA or BS in a quantitative field, with travel availability up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our customers through transformational change by driving the design and execution of data and analytics strategies.
• Use data and analytics to collaborate with customer leaders on business challenges.
• Contribute to the Data and Analytics Consulting practice through exceptional service delivery and support of business development.
• Work with customer personnel and Point B consultants to deliver on data and analytics initiatives.
• Grow as a leader alongside senior consultants who provide mentorship.
• Exercise entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the firm’s growth.
