- HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and compress decision cycles.
- Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales and expanding business relationships.
- Experience in high velocity situations and teamwork across sales resources.
- Familiar with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
- APM experience is a plus.
- Execute on account plans to maximize revenue in 2-3 named Enterprise accounts and 2-3 prospects.
- Collaborate with existing customers to retain and expand Dynatrace usage while acquiring new logos.
- Consult with VP and C-level executives to create effective enterprise strategies.
- Generate market presence through product demonstrations and account initiatives.
- Develop a contact network within accounts to enhance sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with various Dynatrace functional areas to fulfill customer needs.
- Ensure successful implementation for customers.
