Requirements:

• Active Medical Assistant Certification.
• 2+ years experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience handling and reviewing medical records.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly changing organization.
• Experience in coordinating and managing referrals.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and provide advocacy support for patients and families.
• Maintain accountability and high quality standards in client interactions.
• Follow standardized operating procedures for efficiency.
• Maintain positive relationships within the Care Coordination team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to represent Synapticure externally.
• Nurture relationships with medical and community partners.
• Communicate expertly about the program and company.
