• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• 3+ years as a technical lead.
• Specialization in signal processing, fluid dynamics, and machine learning on IoT devices.
• Mastery of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical techniques.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms.
• Master's degree in a related quantitative field (considering exceptional candidates without it).
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the ecosystem of integrated AI models across water connected products.
• Own the technical strategic vision for data science within connected products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI/ML use cases.
• Drive prototyping and iterate on solutions from experimental learning.
• Conduct data analysis and improve model performance through feature engineering.
• Monitor and optimize AI/ML models for production accuracy.
• Partner with teams to embed AI/ML solutions into products.
