Requirements:

• Strong commercial awareness and numbers driven.
• First experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling the online strategy and marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email etc.).
• Self-organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels.
• Ability to think both creatively and commercially.
• Excited to take on a range of brands’ operational activities with a motivated international team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics.
• Daily monitoring of the competitor landscape, reacting to any trading updates and proposing and implementing changes.
• Supporting the commercial strategy for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategy.
• Deep diving into every brand’s on-site experience and journey optimisation for the customer.
• Feeding customer insights back to all digital channels to optimise the overall channel marketing strategy.
