Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics.
• Reacting to competitor landscape updates and proposing changes.
• Supporting the commercial strategy for brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing, and discount strategies.
• Optimizing the on-site experience and journey for customers.
• Providing customer insights to optimize overall channel marketing strategy.
