• Daily monitoring of competitor landscape and implementing changes based on trading updates.
• Supporting commercial strategies by determining campaign briefs and pricing strategies.
• Optimizing customer on-site experience and journey.
• Providing insights on customer expectations to enhance overall channel marketing strategy.
