Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• High fluency in Dutch (C2 level).
• Good communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Confident, flexible, and empathetic.
• Positive attitude with a friendly approach.
• Good endurance to remain calm and professional.
• Organized and methodical thinking.
• Experience in technical support is a plus.
• Basic skills in working with CRM tools like SAP.
• Experience in the household or commercial appliance industry is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic technology tools.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate via email, chat, and phone to address product or service issues.
• Advise customers on the proper use of their electrical devices.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints, clarify their needs, and identify problem causes.
• Accelerate and follow up on corrective measures and/or adjustments.
• Assist with processing refunds or exchanges.
• Arrange order placements.
