Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch at C1 level and English at B2 level for training and internal communication.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious and adventurous attitude with readiness to relocate to Greece.
• Problem-solving skills to assist customers in resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Support consumers using various software products through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical assistance for installation and activation of software.
• Resolve Windows and Office related issues.
• Handle inquiries regarding invoices, accounts, and subscriptions.
• Assist with the use of Microsoft products and updates.
• Utilize different tools and receive regular training to enhance skills.
