Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for a portfolio of clients.

- Manage renewals, cross-sells, upsells, and customer subscriptions.
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the sales organization.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally.
