Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech company with CPA or CPC clients preferred.
  • Confidence and eloquence in client meetings.
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and reporting platforms like GCM, Commission Junction, and others.
  • Motivated problem-solver able to create solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business for Tier 1 clients.
  • Own 1-2 focus verticals to be the team expert and offer ongoing training.
  • Be the subject matter expert for all campaign aspects and provide high-quality service.
  • Manage the client launch and onboarding process to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Identify ways to improve campaigns and overall business proactively.
  • Present performance insights and actionable recommendations in client meetings.
  • Identify growth opportunities for top accounts and drive solutions.
  • Ensure effective communication of client strategies across teams.
  • Reconcile billing and campaign delivery with finance teams monthly.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage client performance and pacing.
  • Provide mentorship to new hires and associate Account Strategists.
