Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing UX workflows and design systems for complex products, particularly in fintech, SaaS, or product-led growth environments.
• Strong experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Ability to anticipate future product growth needs and design with scalability in mind.
• Resourceful problem solver with a proactive mindset for working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve the user journey, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and user needs.
• Design seamless self-service onboarding experiences to increase product engagement.
• Create and implement a scalable design system aligned with the CSS framework.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to design new features.
• Perform generative and evaluative research and iterate based on feedback.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify design challenges and opportunities to contribute to product growth.
