• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on an enterprise product.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Miro.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals.
• Lead the development and evolution of a design system including design principles and guidelines.
• Design intuitive user experiences by balancing customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups quickly and iteratively.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Deliver UX solutions for complex problems and efficiently manage time across multiple projects.
