Requirements:

• Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a mature Engineering team.
• Technical expertise in at least one programming language, preferably Kotlin, with relational database experience.
• Proven track record of making a demonstrable impact in previous roles.
• Highly driven, proactive, and meticulous with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Define the best technical solutions to business problems, contributing to an architectural vision.
• Ship working code primarily using React for the frontend and Kotlin for backend microservices.
• Monitor services, diagnose issues, and deploy fixes before users notice errors.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in the team.
