Requirements:

• 3 – 4 years of experience in software/tech, project management, business analysis, consulting, client onboarding or training.
• Knowledge of process improvement and its application in software implementation.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Demonstrated timely and thorough communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage small to large sized client projects and cross-product, platform implementations from start to finish.
• Create project plans aligned to client implementation goals.
• Discover and assess client business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
• Steer requirement gathering sessions, both internal and external.
• Write user stories ensuring acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Create test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing of custom-built services.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of process maps and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify risks and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide feedback to the team.
• Advise clients on improving their online processes.
