Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of experience in software/tech, project management, business analysis, consulting, client onboarding or training.
- Knowledge of process improvement and its application in software implementation.
- Experience working within an Agile framework.
- Demonstrated timely and thorough communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
- Manage small to large sized client projects and cross-product, platform implementations from start to finish.
- Create project plans aligned to client implementation goals.
- Discover and assess client business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
- Steer requirement gathering sessions, both internal and external.
- Write user stories ensuring acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
- Create test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing of custom-built services.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of process maps and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify risks and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in sprint planning and provide feedback to the team.
- Advise clients on improving their online processes.
