Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the employee onboarding and induction process – from offer through to probation.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company and HR policies.
  • Updating employee information in BrightHR.
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies in compliance with employment laws.
  • Assisting with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Recording sickness accurately and completing return to work forms.
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries promptly.
  • Ensuring accurate payroll information each month and supporting payroll queries.
  • Supporting the People Director with document preparation and reports.
  • Liaising with recruitment teams on posting vacancies and coordinating interviews.
