Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Russian and English.
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts.
• A strong passion for language and culture, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work remotely and to use technology for communication and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Consecutive interpreting from English to Russian and vice versa in medical, banking, insurance, emergency, and customer service industries.
• Taking notes to ensure accurate interpretation rendering.
• Engaging in online live audio and video interpreting via a PC application.
• Applying necessary security, customer, and client protocols in work, abiding by interpreting guidelines and procedures.
• Constantly improving general and industry related vocabulary for accuracy.
• Providing impartial assistance by bridging communication gaps using best customer service practices.
• Performing all other interpreting duties, closely following client’s lead.
