Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis, benchmarks, and improvements on MongoDB/Atlas database
• Build complete modules, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Enhance the performance, scalability, and robustness of the application processing thousands of transactions
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Australia and Malaysia
• Participate in software design sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions
• Take ownership of ideas and transform them into impactful features
• Work in an agile-based development environment
• Provide accurate estimates for user stories
• Maintain strong relationships with team and clients
