• 3 years of experience as an agile coach.
• 1 year of experience as an agile coach specifically in Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
• Experience working collaboratively with other agile coaches.
• Coaching experience in TDD and ATDD.
• Management experience.
• Experience in clearly defining organizational challenges.
• Experience in creating systems for sustainable improvement.
• Support for scrum team improvements.
• Experience visualizing improvement effects.
• Presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Educate the organization on the fundamentals and practices of agile methodologies.
• Facilitate the introduction of varied agile techniques such as TDD, ATDD, and Lean.
• Assess the current state of the organization to propose improvements.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to managers, teams, and individuals to enhance agile practices and leadership.
