Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and member in good standing of the bar for at least one US state.
• 5-8+ years of post-qualification experience in negotiation and drafting.
• Strong commercial law experience, particularly in B2B sales.
• Prior experience in coaching and developing individuals.
• Proven ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Experience as in-house counsel preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in IT sector beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Actively coach and develop contract specialists.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare standard templates and precedents.
• Provide legal training to ensure compliance.
• Advise on data protection and disputes.
• Manage corporate governance for North American entities.
• Provide general legal guidance to the business.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with external counsel.
