Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software engineering processes.
• Execution-focused mindset to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term planning.
• Experience with multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on capabilities in writing/reviewing code, participating in on-call rotations, and troubleshooting bugs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage engineering teams, guiding feature, service, and infrastructure development.
• Coach direct reports to positively impact the organization and grow their careers.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate vision into a tangible roadmap.
• Break down complex projects into smaller pieces and lead iterative design and implementation.
• Act as a technical voice within the team, aiding in architectural decisions and fostering high-quality code.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for the delivery and operation of multi-tenanted systems.
• Work with the talent organization to identify and recruit exceptional engineers.
• Contribute to and take ownership of processes that drive engineering quality.
