Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly bank reconciliation and standard bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of ledgers, budgets, and financial plans.
• Examine financial records for accuracy.
• Advise on appropriate accounting treatments.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements to identify trends and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Collaborate with auditing services for compliance.
• Prepare competitor analysis and make improvement recommendations.
• Oversee company's financial liquidity.
• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
• Motivate, lead, train, and supervise finance team members.
