Senior UI Designer (Remote)

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps.
• Proficiency in creating user-centered designs through market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Experience in designing UIs, information architecture, and interaction flows for digital products.
• Understanding of digital product design principles, mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies.
• Good English skills (B2 or above preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Own the planning and execution of complex research activities.
• Lead teams in conducting research and analyze the outcomes.
• Determine end-to-end user experience maps and improve user journeys.
• Design and implement overall product strategy including KPIs.
• Inform stakeholders about design process insights.
• Support and guide other team members in processes and deliverables.
