• 5+ years of project management experience in digital/web/marketing/analytics.
• Experience in managing large-scale e-commerce solutions or web applications.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies like DSDM, PMI-ACP, etc.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client communications and collaborate with delivery leads.
• Establish and maintain project success metrics, communication workflows, and project governance.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to align user goals with business objectives.
• Manage project risks and ensure alignment with timelines and goals.
• Provide regular project reporting and documentation.
• Help evolve project management best practices within the organization.
