Fraud Alert Fraud has infiltrated the job placement market via the internet, email and direct phone contact. Attempts have included unauthorized use of HomeSafe’s name and logo to solicit potential job seekers or to extend false job offers. Bad actors may mix in fake job advertisements with legitimate postings. These ads can include contact instructions and require job seekers to send sensitive personal information or money to pay for visa applications, processing fees, etc., in exchange for consideration for a high-paying position.   • Demonstrated experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
  • Candidates must demonstrate flexibility for supporting customers in multiple time zones.

  • Former Military Transportation/MilMove HHG Experience highly preferred.
  • Responsible for prospecting providers by visiting providers in person and conveying key notes to team leaders.
  • Responsible for approving and conducting warehouse inspections within your responsible region

  • Capable of reading and disseminating reports to your service providers as well as Regional Manager and teammates.
  • Comfortably working in a high pace environment while understanding the department’s goals and working with your team to accomplish those goals.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to rules and regulations as it applies to the service providers and the requirements listed therein.
  • Be able to utilize reporting and dashboards to monitor the progress of the region.
  • Assist in on-boarding regional providers.
  • Responsible for following escalation protocols and root cause analysis of service failures with supply chain.
  • Holding providers accountable for services and communicate, monitor, and maintain KPI thresholds.
  • Responsible for monitoring regional capacity goals to build peak and non-peak capacity among service providers (domestic or international), including short term storage solutions.
  • Aid in bringing peaceful solutions to conflicts between customers, JPPSO/PPSO personnel and service providers.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
