Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales within the education or technology space, or prior experience working as an Educator. A great role for transitioning teachers!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with prospects over the phone, via email, and on social media.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms to manage and track leads and sales activities a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales processes and evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers and create new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Assess the needs of prospects and determine whether they align with our products and services. Qualify leads based on a set of predefined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings for the Director of Partnerships with qualified leads to discuss potential partnerships and sales opportunities.
  • Accurately log all prospect interactions and sales activities in HubSpot CRM. Maintain up-to-date records and track progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and team to refine and improve outreach strategies, sales scripts, and overall sales processes.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging, target markets, and lead qualification.
  • Provide valuable insights from prospects and customers to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
