Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
  • Proven success in recruiting Vice President level and above executive roles.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Preferred: Experience in technical recruiting, focusing on Executive-level searches.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruiting process from requisition approval to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate disposition of candidates.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders across our teams, owning the full recruiting cycle for leadership hiring.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and Inclusion Recruiting teams to build diverse pipelines of senior leadership candidates.
  • Utilize various databases and LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques to engage passive candidates.
  • Create effective advertising and outreach strategies to reach target candidate audiences.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed to fill challenging positions.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR to identify job qualifications and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and laws throughout the recruiting process.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling interviews and administering background checks.
  • Engage in stretch assignments to drive organizational excellence.
  • Collaborate with agencies to meet quality of hire metrics.
