Requirements:

• Several years of experience in recruiting across different departments with focus on product development, engineering, sales, and retail media roles.
• Deep understanding of the German market, including a network of contacts across the country.
• Additional knowledge of Dutch, French, Belgian, or Italian markets is a plus.
• Background in e-commerce or experience with fast-paced tech companies is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, including LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Fluency in English required, German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for roles in departments including product development, engineering, and retail media.
• Actively source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Use recruiting data to analyze and refine hiring strategies.
• Guide hiring managers in interview best practices.
